The hotel was comfortable for our stay. Furnishings have some wear and the tv could be updated, but otherwise a nice place. The elevator had some issues one evening, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Staff were friendly.

Just spent 4 nights at the Even hotel. Room was spacious for NY and very clean. Staff are super friendly. Hotel is in a great location, central but not Times Square, near grand central station. A perfect hotel for a short break.
