「If you want to be close to everything and really get a feel for the city of Austin this is the place to stay! Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! 」

「What a special home! It truly is a gem (looks just like the pics) and served as a perfect sanctuary for our 4 night visit. We LOVED the neighborhood. Very quiet and charming. Central to everything we wanted to access via walking or biking (rented bikes)…Lady Bird Lake, DT Austin, South Congress, and a few blocks from Mattie’s (to celebrate bday/dinner). 「Our group of four adult family members thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casita Verde. We were in town for UT graduation, and the location could not have been better for access to the restaurants and shopping on and around South Congress. The house itself is very clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed, and the owners are hospitable and responsive. It was a five-star stay on its own merits, but if I could, I would give it two extra stars simply for its proximity to Matt's El Rancho!」
