「This suite had everything we needed. Clean, well-stocked, and a great location. We enjoyed being so close to a walking trail and the South Congress area. Just a quick walk, few blocks away, there is a neighborhood swimming pool that is free to use. The neighborhood is quiet and the deck was perfect to sit and relax. The front door does let in some light if you need it dark to sleep. Overall, it was just right for a little getaway weekend.」

「The property was exactly as advertised. This is a small apartment located right off of South Lamar. It is very close to downtown and Zilker park. We were able to go to Barton springs and enjoy the water even if it was a little cold. This is a great spot for anyone looking for a quick, affordable getaway. It is not a big rental built for entertaining, but rather a cozy apartment for easy access to Austin.」

We were quiet as a mouse so I know the looks weren't meant to address our behavior. We live in a tourist town, too, so we understand. Only complaint is that the management doesn't print out the house manual containing the wifi information or checkout procedures, and the cell service in the unit is bad, so unless you ensure access...

「What a magical place in the best location. We stayed here with family to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Our host, Lisa, was great, had plenty of suggestions, and so responsive. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Such nice evenings on the patio watching the sunset and great days exploring the neighborhood. Definitely would recommend!」
