"The location of this hotel is the best, it close to everything in Namba. My only problem was the sheet’s thread counts, sleep is very hard for me so the last thing I need is a low thread count bed sheet but otherwise it’s was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff. "Hotel was great but this was my least favourite of my stay in Japan. Style over substance came to mind. Great location, so close to Universal and the train station, very clean and great amenities but I just was not a fan. I found the staff much friendlier and more helpful at budget hotels plus I had the worst sleep at this hotel due to other noisy hotel guests. The rooms definitely need more soundproofing!"
