"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 6 nights. The facilities are quite dated, but the room was clean and service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond at every request. They were so kind so as to find me a doctor so I could get medicine that I couldn't bring into japan. I so appreciate their kindness and attentiveness!"

Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price. Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking)."

"Would stay there again. Upside is the great location. It’s in a quiet area in the middle of so many options for shopping, dining, people watching. Also loved the washer-dryer setup. Downside was room was smallish and basic with the queen bed pushed to the wall — that meant there was some bed crawling involved for one of us."
