「I loved staying at Villa Floresco. Mindy was a wonderful host. It was clear she has thought of everything she'd like her guests to have & experience. I felt very safe, comfortable, and relaxed there. Beyond the views, the bed and the shower were fantastic. I'll be staying here whenever I visit Santa Barbara again. Thank you, Mindy!」

「We really enjoyed staying in this quaint and updated Penthouse which was actually very quiet. It was especially nice to leave our car in the parking lot most of our visit since we could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go. There were lots of great restaurants nearby and we enjoyed a 2 1/2 hour bike tour in town our first day there. I would definitely recommend this gem to family and friends!」

「This was our second stay here. It is close to the beach. Our dog loves it. Only downside is some traffic noise, but we think the trade off of being blocks from the beach is well worth it.」

「Nice, clean, and modern unit conveniently located just steps from the most popular area of Santa Barbara (state street). Everything about this place was seamless; the check-in was quick, the communication was prompt, and the unit was small but perfect for a couple. In addition, the King size bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Having a bigger bathroom with double vanity helps with getting ready since my wife takes up so much space ;) when getting ready. I highly...

「My friends and I stayed at this apartment for the weekend, and we had a wonderful time. The apartment was very clean and looked like the pictures in the listing. The views are amazing, and it's a very short drive to the main strip of restaurants and shopping areas. It was exactly what we wanted and expected. The property manager seems very chill and reasonable too. No complaints!」

「Was a cute stay. Apartment is small but was plenty of room for us. There is a nice outdoor seating are and ping pong table. Small coffee shop across the street as well. There is currently construction during the day out front which would have been helpful to know. The area will be beautiful once the construction is done. Would also be helpful to have a curtain over the open window in the bathroom since it looks out into an area people pass by. We would stay here again if in the area.」

「Easy and understandable directions. Quite and very clean place. It is a place to eat simple meals. But it could use a microwave. It was an appropriate for our visit we used mainly to sleep and shower. Would stay in future visits.」

「There’s a speakeasy right below the apartment. Patrons weren’t quiet and whom ever was closing didn’t know how to close the door. They kept slamming it to try shutting it. Light sleepers be forewarned. Otherwise, great place.」

「Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay.」
