「The promise of farm animals was the major attraction for us when we chose to stay at The Farmhouse. And we can’t overpraise how fun and interesting our stay turned out to be. Owners Kris and Francisco care for chickens, geese, a Tom Turkey, ponies, goats, and even a 140 lb tortoise, many of them rescues. 「Gerry was so friendly and solicitous ~ I appreciated the sparkling water he offered and his general affability after a very long day of family and driving. The room was exactly what I'd hoped for: Clean, quiet, and convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Beautiful and safe neighborhood. I will definitely return the next time I travel alone.」

「Secluded, quiet, beautiful 2 bedroom former equestrian tack barn in a grove of avocado trees. Perfect for us. Very simple. Close to everything, but no road noise. Beautiful view of the hills and ocean. 」

「We had such a lovely time and we absolutely adored the Magnolia Cottage! It was located perfectly in the midst of Solvang and we were able to walk to everything in the town. The house was clean and very well kept. My only critique is that there weren't many utensils or tools for cooking which made it difficult to make meals in the house. Other than that, we had such an awesome stay and would absolutely recommend staying here!!」

「Lee was very helpful from the start; with the info he provided. Even when we arrived a little early, we texted him and we were able to check in. The cottage is well furnished with many amenities mentioned and not mentioned, condiments in the fridge, all the coffee makings, the tv with all the guest apps, and thankfully even sunscreen, which I left in my gym bag at home.
