This is our second time and the studio is just as lovely as the first time. The small kitchen has everything you need for two people to make a nice meal and enjoy. Having the backyard area is particularly lovely. I look forward to when it’s a little warmer and we have more time to spend out there relaxing. The waters, sweet treats, and coffee make it very comfortable to arrive late and have coffee first thing the next morning. We’ll be back!

Outstanding property - beautifully decorated, clean, well supplied. So many detailed touches make this place stand out. The gorgeous bathroom, the thoughtful path lighting, the privacy and view of the live oaks from the back windows. The host is excellent at communicating, and laid everything out so well. Thank you for the chocolates, the space heater, the comfy couch and lovely kitchen. Great place!

The quiet beautiful little cottage was just perfect for my needs. The craftsmanship and quality of materials was 5 stars down to the drapes. Utensils and linens top notch. Definitely coming back. Just don’t expect super fast internet when it’s windy and or rainy. If you want to disconnect from life in general you won’t need it .

Cheri is one of the best hosts I have met - very responsive, caring, and welcoming. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Located close to the local attractions - parks/picnic areas, wine tasting, the beautiful town of Solvang, just to name a few. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Would highly recommend!

Great location! Very comfortable and cozy, perfect for 2. Clean and inviting. Nice amenities, everything we needed for our stay was in the studio. We found the bed to be very comfortable. The host was was quick to respond to any of our questions.

Spacious studio, nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Cheri was wonderful to deal with as we had to move our dates by one day. The magnificent Valley Oak was amazing. The trunk was some 4 feet in diameter and some of its massive branches overhung the studio...it was raining acorns on the roof but it didn't bother us at all.

We had such a wonderful stay! Cheri was incredibly welcoming, and her place was so accommodating. We loved the private guest entrance, the lit walkways at night, and all the thoughtful touches—extra blankets, towels, everything we needed and more.The location was perfect. We walked to Bob’s Well Bread in the morning for delicious coffee and breakfast (highly recommend the egg in a jar!). And it was an ideal home base for exploring Solvang, Buellton, Santa Ynez, and Los Olivos. Close to everything while still feeling peaceful and away from the busyness of the towns.Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

This property is truly a gem. Cheri is very attentive and thinks of everything. She communicated with me prior to our arrival and everything was just as promised. This studio is truly everything. It is very clean, very comfortable and decorated just beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. Our favorite part was looking out the back windows and doors from the bed and the kitchen. The trees are just memorizing and we felt like we were in a little oasis. The town is so cute and this place is so close to everything. We enjoyed a cool morning walk and then ended at one of our favorite places, Bob's Well Bread which is literally around the corner. The absolute perfect weekend getaway! Thank you for hosting us, we have already told so many friends about this place.

Perfect everything. The space was comfortable, clean and had everything necessary for a quick trip. Bathroom is huge which is a PLUS when traveling, parking available, the yard felt like an additional room or space. The location is central to Solvang, Los Olivos, Los Alamos and the wineries in Santa Ynez.

I loved staying in this serene sanctuary. Check in was a breeze. Lots of care and thoughtfulness including beverages and special chocolates waiting for me! Wonderful recommendations for coffee shops and restaurants the locals enjoy!The bed was heaven. Everything was super clean and brand new. Kitchen is not set up for cooking, no stove/oven but a microwave, toaster oven, and frig are provided. Perfect nest for visitors who are dining out and wine-tasting at the many stellar gems nearby.

Cozy Solvang Studio

We had a wonderful time in Solvang. Property is located a few minutes away from the town and is easily accessible. Nespresso machine was very thoughtful touch as we love to drink coffee. The back yard was a very peaceful place to spend our mornings. Cheri was very helpful check in instructions as well along with providing recommendations for local activities. Would love to return here in the future.

Staycation

This place was extremely clean and very spacious! The yard has a lot of green life and you aren't staring at any buildings which was amazing. She has information on anything you could want to do in the Santa Ynez Valley. It felt so cozy and extremely private with your own entrance. I would highly recommend staying here! You are also a 5 minute drive from Solvang, Los Olivos, and Santa Ynez so it is the perfect location.
