「This was our second stay here. Just like our first stay, the room and it's amenities we're spotless. The peoperty was so quiet that I enjoyed the beautiful songs of the birds in the a.m. The location is far enough from civilization that you hear nothing except for an occasional train far off on the distance. Anytime we visit Fresno in he future, we will check here for availability first. I have zero complaints 」

「We had a great time staying at this get away location while visitng our son at Fresno state. The place was great for four adults and we had a great time reliving our Ms. PAC-MAN younger days. I almost beat the high score. Todd also provided a little snack and treat bar and offered up what ever was in the refrigerator. We enjoyed our time thank you again.」

「Very clean home, and friendly host. Had all the amenities necessary. The check in process was smooth and felt safe at all times. Had a great time with family. The only issue was the train that passed by, but it was not too much a disturbance we were still able to rest at night. 」

「The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to...
