"The rooms were not deeply cleaned. The grout in the bathrooms were black, the mirrors were smudged, the crevices had black grime in them. The couch did not seem clean. The carpet felt grimey. I did not feel comfortable in the room at all due to its lack of cleanliness. Also, the shower head is old and not adjustable so it sprayed water outside of the shower making the bathroom floor soaked. The air in the room did not feel fresh it felt stagnant and thick. The sink faucet also fell apart a little bit. It’s a pull up sink faucet which is hard to manage with wet hands."
