"I never made it to my room because the room they assigned me had someone else who broke in and wouldn't leave. And still didn't refund my money"

"Went to an event close by, was only given one room key which a friend lost. When we got back to the hotel the lobby was closed and a note on the window to call a 24hr number. When we called the number kept disconnecting. Had to go stay at another hotel, when we went back in the morning and showed the call logs, the employee said they received no calls. Told them to check the cameras as well. Contacted management, they never returned my call and still won’t answer me in regards to a refund. Horrible service."

"The front desk agent was so lovely and helpful, she was very kind and accommodating. We were a late check in because our other hotel was overbooked and couldn't accommodate me and my handicapped elderly parents for the night. We were just passing through traveling for the night but turned out that it was prom night for Fresno and the whole town was loud and rowdy for a Friday! We were put in a nice quiet corner and were able to get some rest for the road. I'm so grateful we were redirected here, the breakfast was just what we needed with fresh bananas and waffles. The room was very outdated and the linen was stiff but the the lady at the front desk staff was so awesomely nice. It was just perfect for us passing thru; we got to get a little rest and ready to go back on the road."

"The area was very run down, lots of homeless gathering around property, "working girls", ect. the room was dirty, floor boards grey from dirt and walls has something on them food or ???? Bed sheets were cleaned, it did not use the blanket or cover as unsure of when last washed. Thank God I did not have a blue light with me. The guy working did give a great Indian food recomendation."

"I give it another chance to this hotel, and by my surprise, it was very comforting and clean didn’t have no incident. There was free parking and the front desk guy was very nice."

"This ranch home is cozy tucked away in the fields but very close drive to freeways. Bernice was an excellent host and communicated with us promptly. The house interior has been wonderfully renovated and decorated. The home was clean and had supplies we needed. We’re very appreciative for this rental. "
