The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to this rating. The huge discrepancy between reality and rating is hard to describe. I felt ashamed taking my daughter in this room and I did not feel safe there with her. I decided not to stay and booked something else.
