"Great stay- fairly quiet except for some dumb guy running his motorcycle engine a couple of times after midnight (not the hotels fault obviously). Excellent customer service and nice breakfast pastries and yogurt! Great price for a hotel! "

"We were impressed, especially for the price! We'd definitely stay here again. The motel is well-maintained, clean, pretty, and nicely decorated inside and out. It seems newly renovated, with furniture you'd expect in a more expensive place. We got two king suites - which had futons, kitchenettes with plates and cutlery, etc. My room had lots of power outlets, including a couple of USB ports, plus a large TV with a good selection of channels. "Overall good. No questions asked about my dog and she was barking quite a bit when I left to unload etc. Pretty clean. Only complain is that the shower head was broken so I had to hold the shower head while I showered. The walls were pretty thin. Location was great. Right by the freeway, lots of food options and grocery stores. There was even a dog park 5 min away! "

"It's a motel, so my expectations weren't high, but the room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and well cared for. The shower was one of the better ones I've used in a while: a welcome surprise after a long day. It had good blackout shades too. And it was right next to a 7/11, which was handy. A minor negative is that the freezer in the fridge wasn't working, but that probably won't bother most people."

"Excellent stay, enjoyed our time in Solvang. Great house for a group. Very comfortable to gather as a group and well appointed sleeping arrangements. Furniture in garage (couch and mattress) limited parking space in the garage due to vehicle sizes. We were only able to park 2 of 3 cars on the property. Would have been nice to have extra towels for the Spa. All said and done, we had a great stay."
