"If you’re looking for simplicity of a king size bed, full bathroom, mini fridge, and microwave then this room is perfect. It has a little balcony too which I enjoyed every morning and evening. Walking distance from EVERYTHING!! I didn’t rent a car and I’m glad. The beach was one block away. I would wake up in the morning, go to a coffee shop and walk along the beach.They have a couple coffee shops that open between 6/6:30 AM. Tons of great restaurants! "We were on 38 for about a week and had rented a home however I had heard that this property had great reviews and my six-year-old daughter really needed a pool to play in so we decided to try it for two days. And let me tell you I was blown away. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in my whole life because of the amenities you get access to the beach club, which is completely separate than the pool on the hotel property, the beach club is a few steps around the corner from the hotel and is multilevel right on the beach. It is fabulous for adults and kids very family oriented. It even has a small gift shop next to the pool to buy items like pool noodles or Floaties or Popsicles. You can take the bridge next to the pool and walk over to the beach.. one of the pools is adult only. I also was able to enjoy some live music. I believe you might want to check out their event calendar where they will list what activities they have that day. The community is so nice. We had rented some E bikes and strolled through the nature trails on the property and went to camp watercolor the next day, which is next to the property and also accessible with your hotel stay. I actually preferred the beach club better. However the camp watercolor is really cool for kids because it has a bunch of slides and different pools plus the lazy river. It is very pricey and I believe they will require you to have a two nights deposit if you book directly through them so booking thru Expedia better."

"Our family had the best time! Everything was just as listed and advertised and honestly amazing. Communication is top notch. Location is great. Pool, Grill, golf cart, bikes, TV's everywhere, ice makers everywhere, bathroom by the pool, I could go on but honestly what more could you ask for. "Great place for our 4 families. Plenty of space, tremendous deck spaces. Large fridge/freezer on the main floor and multiple fridges across all the levels made grabbing a drink very convenient. Having upper and lower laundry rooms was handy. Kitchen was well stocked from cooking standpoint, but we had to buy all condiments as there were no perishables on-site. We had some appliance issues that were addressed promptly through the host"
