"Awesome location. Room was good and clean. Only real issue is the parking. Very small parking lot shared with Sharky’s restaurant. Extra parking is across the street."

"Look while making arrangements to stay by looking at small photos, or reading reviews is really rough. But I am here to help you on staying here. Its clean, no bugs or trash. The entire staff from front desk to the two men helping us with towels and dont forget the Tiki Bar were exceptional. They knew we were exhausted from the drive, allowed us to check in early. The building is old so give it a break. The door to our room was so heavy it made us feel safe. The beds were so comfy and the showers were amazing, water was clean and crisp and our hair loved it! The morning coffee is even better than Dunkin. We will be back. Loved it. And you will too!"

"The property was nice an very clean. I wish there was a senior rate or veteran's rate plan. The meals were quite expensive. Also, for a senior person who only eats yogurt, a pastry and coffee for breakfast, the $49.99 amount was ridiculous! Even if I included the breakfast plan in with my room rate, the $25 amount is ridiculous! The breakfast price amounts should not be contingent on whether you booked them originally. Nobody tells you this. You are forced to leave the Resort and go to a nearby grocery store to purchase breakfast supplies if not willing to pay the exorbitant prices at the Resort. The Market on site and the full refrigerator was very helpful."

"I believe a lot of the complaints for this hotel is from people who give no grace and are expecting 5 star resort at 3 star prices. It’s an older place but it was clean. The pool was nice. Hot tub was perfect. Love the Tiki Bar. The only reason I wouldn’t stay here again is because I’d rather be within walking distance of more restaurants or stores. Hotel is located in a quieter part of PCB."

"Our experience was amazing the room was clean and the staff was very helpful, respectful, didn't have a beach view but that was ok was a view over one of the pools I could watch my 12, and 13 year old..we will be returning next summer hopefully for a longer stay we were only there for a weekend...I would recommend this place to all.."
