Because of management they had our room ready at 4 pm after driving 13 hours we arrived at 5:30 pm with elevator not working having to walk up 3 flights of stairs.Get to the room and the door keypad would not lock so for our safety we requested another room and they wanted us to send a video of proof that the keypad would not lock so we did they moved us to another room on second floor That room was not clean we were told by maintenance we could not come in the room so...

「We were on 38 for about a week and had rented a home however I had heard that this property had great reviews and my six-year-old daughter really needed a pool to play in so we decided to try it for two days. And let me tell you I was blown away. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in my whole life because of the amenities you get access to the beach club, which is completely separate than the pool on the hotel property, the beach club is a few steps around the corner from the hotel...

「We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!」

「the room was very clean and we especially loved the thoughtful snack basket! plenty of space for a couple, or a small family since there is a bunk bed and large couch. they have beach chairs and a wagon on the balcony, which saved us a trip to alvin’s. walking distance to the beach and cute shops/restaurants nearby. only 15 minutes from destin if you want more activities to do on a rainy day. we just left and are already planning our next visit to this property! 5/5 stars!」
