"Convenient location. Restaurants and shopping walkable. The room seemed outdated. Comfortable bed but the room had an odor, maybe in the rugs? maybe from humidity in Florida? The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The coffee shop was nice and convenient. Wasn’t happy I had to pay for parking. Should be included in my stay. I checked in around 3pm and my room wasn’t ready. Had to wait until 4pm - official check in time. I’m sure they could have checked me in and the woman at the counter wasn’t very nice. Had to kill an hour until room was ready and of course there was a huge line. Overall it was okay, but for a Hilton and the high price, I expected more. "

"Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly."

"Absolutely wonderful! The Crows Nest is above Peg Leg Pete's Oyster Bar... We saw Santana at the Bay Center in Pensacola so checking out the center for events you may enjoy is a plus. Pensacola Beach was across the street BUT the ocean waves can be seen while enjoying the beautiful living room and kitchen area. The Marina can also be viewed from the back deck! We loved the food and ate there every day! The oyster shuckers were so much fun we sat at the bar and enjoyed everyone we met from all over the states! We hope to come back same time every year! Best birthday and anniversary vacation EVER! "
