「Beach view was amazing. Rooms were clean. Staff was very helpful. Outdoor pool was very nice as well. I will stay as a family visiting missing a mini microwave out a hiccup in some of my plans with little kids who liked to munch even between meals being able to heat up food would’ve been very helpful but overall, I was very satisfied with their room and everything else.」

「We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay」

I would also like to add that the staff near and around the pool and bar area should work on their mannerisms, quite rude . 「The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed.
