We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the Cabanas and the direct access to the pool and beach and all other amenities was perfect. Will definitely go back next year and stay here.

Nice place to stay

Very nice facility. Pools are nice and the fitness room is amazing. Stayed in a 1 BR unit so we were not in the towers and they put us on the first floor so view of the ocean was blocked by the dunes. Would prefer to say in the towers which are 3-4 BR units. Will bring guests next time. Would be nice to have a bar by the pool, but there re plenty within walking distance.

If Clickbait Was a Place

Avoid this place at all cost. Interior and exterior is outdated and poorly maintained. I booked for five nights, ended up leaving after a one night. Don’t trust the images online. Seriously please listen.

The overall property was good? The room was not cleaned very well that showers had a lot of hair left in drain and dust built on furniture. Outside of that, it was great.

I didn’t get to choose the condo through this site, therefore I was put on the first floor in front of the dunes. I couldn’t even see the beach. The chairs on the balcony should be counter height at best. I was really not that impressed. However, I have dated at the Beach Club on higher levels and enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Location and awesome Room…Bad Bed.

The Beach Club property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was also spotless. The views were amazing. My wife and I enjoyed the full size kitchen and the balcony. We appreciated the way our balcony and living area gave the feeling of complete privacy. We did not like the full size bed that was hard as a board. Our room was adjacent to the swimming pool in the A building. So the wailing kids in the pool made it difficult to to take naps. We would definitely come back with our own pillows and ear protection. So…request a room AWAY from the pool.

We booked 3 different units at this facility for 3 groups of the family. 2 of them were 2-room units and 1 was a 4-room unit. Based on the information on their website and the ones provided by their staff on the phone, you get the impression that the only difference between the 2-room units and the 4-room unit is the size and number of rooms. After we checked in we realized that these rooms are not on the same planet. All the 3-room and 4-room units are in the main tower and these are luxurious while the 2-room units are located in a nearby cabana building and are at a much lower quality. The cabana units are outdated, and poorly designed looking like a bus with a long narrow hallway leading to the main room. I’m shocked by the difference in quality between the tower and the cabana units and more shocked by the misleading marketing for this. On their website, they basically sell you the nice photos of tower but give you the ugly cabana rooms. One last note regarding booking through Expedia. I felt that this facility treated my booking differently because it was through Expedia as they refused to assign me the rooms when we booked weeks in advance. We were told that Expedia bookings are only assigned a day or 2 before check in which tells me they give you the rooms that no one wants. This is a recurrent trend of hotels but it was so blunt with this one. Even though Expedia has always been good I will not book a hotel through them again because of this.

Great location for the Blue Angels

Broken furniture on the balcony and smelled like weed in the master closet! Nice view of the beach to see the Blue Angels performance. Cable WAS HORRIBLE. The 2 king size beds in the condo were some of the hardest mattresses that I have even slept on. Front desk said they were aware of it but didn’t offer any kind of discount for the above stated issues. Not sure if I will return to this property and if I do it will be only because of the location to see the Blue Angels!

had a condo which was pretty nice,but not a good view hidden by sand dunes. Felt unwelcomed at check in when they couldn't find my reservation and it felt like they scrambled to get my room. Kind of odd considering the property called me prior that same week to verify(they also had wrong date) I think they were hoping we didn't show. Had no other interaction with anyone on this property after check in.

Location is great and convenient. The unit was gross, beyond old and unkempt from door with duct tape on it to 80’s old and dingy furniture. The linens were absolutely gross to the point I went to a nearby home store and purchased bedsheets, blankets and pillows as it was the only way I’d stay there. Will NOT be staying there again. EVER.

The condo have a nice view but it need a lots of maintenance, bed is terrible, shower curtain is moldy, we have to pay $ 200 extra at the check in for protection insurance ( non refundable) we stay there for 6 nights and when I asked for clean towels and toilet paper they told me I have to buy my own after the 1 roll was there and to wash the old towels 😏

Resort refused to refund b/c booked thru expedia

The resort was nice, however... there was a massive snow storm the day we were to fly to Pensacola and american airlines cancelled our flights. We tried Delta and United and all airlines were down due to weather. We were NOT able to arrive on the first night of our reservation. The resort refused to refund us for that one night. We did come a day later and stayed 2 of the 3 nights we had reserved but I was shocked they would only provide a "credit" for the night we missed. I have no plans to return here so this was a waste. They said it was because we booked through expedia. Had we booked direct, they would have refunded us. Very disappointing and makes me think we should not use Expedia or Hotels.com again ... ever.
