"It was a nice stay at the Hilton. Service was up to par. The check in process was extremely slow. Food was mediocre at best . Room was clean except for bathtub. It was extremely slippery. Almost fell one time"

"We did book our room under the impression that we had a private beach, balcony, and bayfront view. The private beach area is very small, no balcony just your typical top floor walkway at a regular hotel that everyone has access to, && view is ok “bay front view” here isn’t your typical idea pictured when you usually book at other hotels on the beach. Only small minor complaints fr. Our housekeeper ms Toby was very friendly, professional, organized, and kept our room as if no one ever checked into it (in other words very clean and fresh towels, linen etc.) when we checked in around 8pm a lady named Felicia greeted us and during this time she was alone and very busy from current guest, others checking in as well and also calling front desk. She never got overwhelmed continued to help us book our stay another day longer, had one of the best attitudes I’ve came across in a veryyyy LONG time from a hotel front desk! Ms Felica was outgoing, sweet, funny, patient, knowledgeable and all together one of the best interactions I’ve had while checking into a hotel (as myself and my husband travel for work across country) we will definitely return for great hospitality because of Ms Toby (housekeeping) and Ms Felicia (Frontdesk) Thank yall "

"They never came to clean our room. We came on Tuesday and checked out on Friday. We had no towels and had to keep going to get towels. You shouldn’t have to clean your own room. I bought some items to clean the bathroom. We let housekeeping know that we needed our room cleaned and she never came back "

"Absolutely amazing 8th floor and we could see it all excellent place. Expensive to do activities at the resort the waterpark and kayaks should be included with the stay everything else was expected to rent. "

"We did not have a beach view but we had the city view. At our city view was a little obstructed from a kite on the powerline that was being stuck, but other than that everything was fine."
