「After driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us.
The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.
The staff was very friendly and professional.」
「Extremely dirty and DANGEROUS. Drug deals going on all night. Cockroaches everywhere. No soap or towels. Front desk not staffed when we arrived. Called on phone for somebody to show up. Paint falling off walls, trash everywhere. The shower did work and the toilet did flush. Super creepy. This facility should not be marketed on Expedia for any price.」
「This was the best beachfront hotel stay on Pensacola beach. The facility has large fitness club, lobby bar, restaurant with beach view, lazy river, spa and pool. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable and views are amazing. Breakfast was excellent! This hotel is new. I am dreaming about coming back! 」
「Not too far from downtown or the airport. We could find a good restaurant near the hotel. Staffs are smiley and nice. You can get decaf coffee at breakfast as well as usual coffee.(It's great for me!!)
If I mention just one thing, I stayed at Twin Room by myself and the mattress of a bed was too soft to sleep well. However, I slept on another bed which was firm enough, so it's not matter for me.」
