  • This stylish studio is situated in a triplex where you will have your own private abode conveniently in central Pensacola. Spacious & unique, this suite provides a smart tv, newly constructed kitchen & bath, futon, cook top, retro appliances, and an ultra comfortable king-sized bed. Located in the back of the triplex gives you a quiet place to rest.

    This is a spacious 2 1/2 car garage converted into a groovy mother-in-law suite. This unit is part of a triplex, but everything at the suite is privately yours. The only shared spaces are the driveway & outdoors.

    This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!

    • 10 minutes from University of West Florida.
    • 15 minutes from Downtown Pensacola.
