"The hotel was good overall. We could not change the thermostat in the room. It was not a standard thermostat. We called the front desk for help but no answer."

"Friendly and helpful staff and great beach, but won’t be staying here again. Room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after check-in, trash left in hallways for at least two days, balcony door didn’t lock (and, on the 2nd floor, was accessible from other rooms), previous occupant’s dirty towels left in room, unidentified crust smeared down wall beside bed, very noisy hallways. Food at cantina wasn’t good; I ordered the $20 caesar salad with chicken from the menu and waited 30 min because they couldn’t find caesar dressing. When I learned this and told them ranch was okay, they finally brought me a bowl of brown, shredded (taco) lettuce with no chicken. Generally disappointing and failed to meet several basic standards."

"Our family loved our stay at this location! Check in was a breeze, our room wasn’t ready but we were welcome to store our luggage and enjoy the property while we waited. Our keys were brought to us while we had a late lunch. Food was amazing. We spent plenty of time in the pools. We were welcome to enjoy the pool at the hotel next door as well! Room was large, hotel was quiet. "

"When we head to Pensacola Beach this is our favorite place. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean. Great breakfast. Some places are so large they always feel crowded. This place is just the right. This Hampton by Hilton is a favorite of my grandchildren too. Heated pool is a big hit! "

"The resort was great. Perfect pool for families with small children and a restaurant on site. We loved being in walking distance to a lot as well."

"Our room was very clean, the view was amazing, we love the beach access. We especially loved the breakfast buffet in the coffee was amazing. The beds were comfortable. You had a microwave in fridge in your room with a coffee maker, which was a bonus."
