Two-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 6 guests, in Navarre, Florida, includes a fishing pier with a slip for your boat. 1 bedroom & bathroom
downstairs as well as Washer/Dryer.

Two large decks for entertaining and relaxing after a long day of fishing or beach combing. Spacious kitchen and a grill outside for cooking up the "catch of the day". Fresh water fish including bream , large mouth and striped "hybrid" bass in East river. Speckled trout and redfish in East bay. The East River boat ramp is less than a mile down hwy. 87 at the bridge.

The Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge & Sanctuary is only a ten-minute walk from the property, you can check out wild animals , birds & marine species being rehabilitated to return to the wild.

Kayaking on the river and watching wildlife including bald eagles, ospreys, and fish hawks is an a adventurous way to spend a day. Destin , "The Luckiest Fishing Village in the World" is a short 26 mile drive east. Angler's can try their luck bottom fishing for reef fish including species such as red snapper, grouper, amber jack and trigger fish. Trolling for blue marlin, sailfish, yellowfin tuna, mahi mahi and wahoo is another option. The Destin Fishing Rodeo runs the entire month of October.

The Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful emerald coast of Navarre beach is only a 10 minutes drive. Take a walk out on the Navarre Beach fishing pier and catch a sunset or drop a line. At 1,545 feet it's the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico.

You could take a drive from Navarre beach through the Gulf Islands National Seashore to Pensacola beach and dine on fresh seafood & oyster's at Legendary Peg Leg Pete's. After dinner take a stroll on the board walk for souvenir shopping. A brand new ferry service is in operation now that offers tours of Pensacola bay and Fort Pickens plus Blue Angels air shows.

When you get burned out at the beach and need a break from the sun take in a Pensacola Blue Wahoo's baseball game at Admiral Fetterman Field downtown. The team plays in the Southern League and is the AA affiliate of the Miami Marlins.

If you plan your stay in the fall there are numerous Seafood , Music & Art festivals .
Navarre is Florida's "Best Kept Secret".
It's also an "Ecotourism" beach town known for birdwatching , hiking and exploring

Great location

We enjoyed our stay, we took our boat and launched it less than a mile down the road and kept it at the dock all week. The area was peaceful and relaxing. The host was kind enough to show us around the property, was easily contacted and very pleasant. The house could use a deep cleaning but in general was perfect for our family as we spent most of our time on the water.

Navarre Vacation

Great place to vacation, the house is private and convenient to everything. Got to see dolphins from the living room. Robert is a good host and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We have enjoyed staying at this beautiful property for the past two years and will definitely be staying again. We get to enjoy the beach plus have a wonderful quite place to come back to relax, fish, and just hang out. This home has everything you need and Mr. Robert is super nice and always helpful and willing to answer any questions you might have.

Spring Break getaway.

We had a wonderful time with family in this beautiful house on the bay. It is just like the pictures described and so much more. Very peaceful yet, just a short drive to the beach and town. Navarre waterfront getaway!

This house was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the East Bay. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset, bird watching, and our children swim, play and kayak. The private pier is priceless in addition to close proximity to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants not to mention the Navarre beach is only 10 minutes away. The home was well stocked and accommodating for our family. We had a great stay and would highly recommend to others. It was a very private and peaceful vacation much better than dealing with the Destin traffic especially since we have family in the area.

Great secluded private place with a fantanstic view.

The house (more a cottage) is large and comfortable. Relatively close to shops in Navarre and an easy drive Navarre Beach. Large windows overlook the cove and catch the sun for most of the day. Dated but comfortable furniture and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Nice shower en suite. Appliances were in good shape but the washer needs some attention. Robert (host) was quick to respond, very helpful, and has some replacement windows lined up (awaiting installation people) so future guests will better enjoy the cove-view. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if the occasion presented itself.

Wedding weekend

We came down Friday evening from Montgomery, Al it was me and my current husband, my ex-husband, our 2 girls 1 of them has special needs and is in a wheelchair and his mom(my ex mother-n-law 🙃). There was plenty of room for my daughter to wheel herself around the downstairs area and patio.. oh and btw we all get a long😂. My son(stepson) that I raised from age 2 was to be married on Navarre beach at 9 am on Sat morning, he was staying at a nearby hotel. Saturday morning the bride came to the house to get ready for her special day. There was plenty of bathroom space for her and the rest of us girls to get ready while having the privilege of helping/watching the bride get ready. Her dad came and picked her up and away we all went to Navarre beach, which was conveniently close to where this property is located. After the wedding we ALL (the whole wedding party) drove to Fudpuckers in Destin for lunch. After enjoying our lunch everyone went their own ways to enjoy the rest of the day. We came back to the property and enjoyed that, my ex-husband and current husband went fishing while me and my girls napped. When I woke up the guys including my son and his wife were out side around the grill cooking the super thick steaks we brought for dinner. We had a very nice dinner while the sun was slowing dropping in the background. We did most of our cleaning/packing after dinner so we could make our Sunday morning as easy as possible. When we woke up Sunday we went straight to the coffee pot and breakfast. We had a great breakfast and then of course my ex and my oldest daughter fished off the pier for an hour or so. Then we all got in gear to pick up our mess which was minimal and pack up our vehicles for trip home. After we left the property we decided to hit the beach one more time before coming home since it was so close. So that's what we did and again we had a great time before heading home. We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was perfect for the situation and was just as pretty in person as in the pictures. There isn't one thing I personally would change, it met my every need. Now with all that being said there was only one thing that anyone had a problem with except...the ex-husband 😂 he couldn't pick up the channel for the Alabama game Saturday, he even went and bought an antenna thinking it would help.. it didn't but I'm OKAY with that😂 I would very much recommend this property and will most likely stay again myself! I truly enjoyed it

Secluded location

We chose this location because it was secluded from the business of being directly on the beach. Our only complained would be the uncomfortable beds and furniture downstairs. Otherwise, this was right up our alley.

Beautiful adventure

The house and location were perfect for our family vacation. We loved the house and the decks. We were able to experience more than just beach habitats by staying here. Saw an armadillo one evening and a box turtle next morning. Dolphins were in the bay one morning while out. We took the canoe and kayak out on water to fish and saw a couple of alligator s near the grass at the river area. Navarre Beach and the Pier were only maybe 10 minutes from the house. We were close enough to day-trip to Pensacola and Destin beaches. We were sad to go and will miss this place. Great memories made.

Easter 2024

Home was very clean. View of the Bay was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The host was very nice and accommodating. We had a 9 hour drive there and were quite tired upon arrival, but he was kind and showed us around the property. The home was a bit dated and downstairs furniture uncomfortable but overall a lovely home and we will visit again.

Absolutely Beautiful location sitting by the water with an Amazing home and fantastic scenery. Very secluded and quiet but with easy access to everything around you. Mr. Martin was very easy to get in touch with and answer all questions about the property and our stay. I would recommend this property and host to anyone wanting a vacation on the water in florida.

Boat slip

Dock was too far away from the inter coastal waterway. We ended up having to launch our boat everyday instead of keeping it docked at the house.

Happy Place Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The location is perfect, close enough to the beach yet far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the city. We really enjoy relaxing on the decks and looking at the East Bay after a long day on the water. Robert is very attentive & accommodating! This was our second stay here & I’m sure we will be back again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

This property has its pros and cons. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This property has very good air conditioner and stays cold. The property is very outdated and has an old musk smell. If you spend a lot of time cooking in the kitchen they could update the kitchen amenities. If you plan on grilling the grill needs replaced. The couch cushions really need updated or you can just place a sheet over them to sit. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed our time.

Great stay

We had a great Fathers Day weekend here.. we fished and enjoyed the lake. The kids had the best time. Robert was great to work with and and we had everythubg we needed.

More suited to a younger family/group

Overall the house IS very private. On a quiet street and in a quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat since the ad listed a nearby landing and on-site boat slip; however, the driveway was very overgrown and it was impossible to bring our boat or trailer up into the yard. Branches were low enough to scratch our truck pulling in. House is well equipped but everything needed to be cleaned wiped down, particularly flat surfaces. The only access to the upper floor is a very narrow spiral staircase, unless you go outside and climb the stairs to the upper deck and into a side door off that balcony. Overall I would recommend this house for a younger family but no one who is particular about dust and old gone smell. The property is pet friendly so yay! But there’s no fence, so only bring your pets if you enjoy going on walks with them.

Robert is a wonderful host. Very responsive. House was very clean and all supplies were provided. Had a great time fishing and crabbing from the dock. Furniture could use some updating. Had a great time. Home was in a great location away from the chaos of tourist area but only a few minutes from the beach.
