「This property is very old. Not at all what is advertised. The room was dirty especially the floors. Our sink was stopped up and took them 2 days to fix it only because I complained to management! Phone was also not working. The housekeeping staff was lazy. Only made one of our beds one morning and not the other. Beachview was the only nice thing about this dump!」

「We were welcomed by the staff and our room was ready when we arrived at 12:10 p.m. I had registered online and did not have to wait for the 4 p.m. normal checkin. No early check in fees. The location was excellent, beach view with balcony. Parking was easy but $25 per day. Our room was clean. Refrigerator and microwave in room and coin laundry available on our 5th floor, and possibly on each floor.」

「We had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Portofino. This find was beautiful and the Gulf view at sunrise was amazing. Food and drinks at the resort were great and the messages at the spa were amazing! 」

「I don’t think you can get a much better view from this condo. It is AMAZING from every room! The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff associated with the amenities were very friendly. We didn’t end up cooking, but the kitchen looked pretty well stocked. I want the couch for my own house! Even the elevator was fast! (I am guessing the parking garage might get a little crazy during the busy season, but you are given 2 spots, which is nice!) It’s really easy to get the beach. I...
