「We had a great stay for our quick beach getaway!」

「The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was very satisfied with both the room condition and the location. The hotel layout was a little confusing at first, but it became easier once we got used to it. Unfortunately, the towels we requested were never delivered, and the conditioner bottle appeared to contain body lotion instead. The pool was also very small.」

When I spoke to the front desk I was told they stay there all the time and they were always running around everywhere by themselves. The pool, the breakfast area, rummaging through the food, touching all the food, and then leaving a mess. They swam unattended, road the bikes unsupervised, and just generally took over any area where they were. They were loud...

「During our stay, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping service. Our room was not serviced, the trash was not removed from the room or bathrooms, and we were not provided with fresh towels. I’m not sure whether we were expected to specifically request clean towels, but there were no fresh towels provided during our stay, and the room was not cleaned. We also noticed that some of the bathroom fixtures were loose and appeared to be coming apart, which was concerning and made the bathroom...

「The first night I kept seeing red bumps and marks on my skin but I never actually felt anything crawling on me. The next day after a fishing outing, I took a shower and nap. Upon waking up my arms, chest, face and back were itching like fire and covered with red bite marks and welts. As I turned the lights on a bedbug crawled from under the sheets.
