"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. "What a unique find for our Florida getaway! We loved the atmosphere of the grounds and the Backyard of Love . The Tropical Bird room was perfect for two. The attached kitchen had all of the amenities and was clean and efficient. AC worked well and the available beach chairs and shuttle to the beach made the whole visit as easy as could be. The only suggestion I would make is to share with guests how to sign up for the yoga or pizza nights when you register. These were booked in advance so we were not able to attend and we would have enjoyed them. I hope to be back!"

"We had the best week. All of our kids grandparents, aunts, uncles under one roof-plenty of space! Blue mountain beach is laid back. Beach is ok, a little crowded and cluttered with the private rules in the county. House was AMAZING. Space for everyone, ping pong tourneys every night! Bike rentals right up the road, we road bikes daily. Easy walk, golf cart, bike to beach. Pool looks smaller in pictures than in person. Very clean. Great communication with the property mgmt team. We will definitely be back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was amazing!!! The house set up again amazing! This isn’t a dig but the house is a little outdated. It could use a few things to fix it up. I would have liked to see a few more amenities like dish towels,pot holders, pizza cutter. There was only one role of toilet paper in each bathroom for our family of 9 and one roll of paper towels. Would have been nice for an extra trash bag and an extra roll of TP. Again not a big things just a few little. Overall this place was very good!! I would recommend"

"The condo was perfect! Everything was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, it had everything we needed. It’s in a gated community which is an added plus if you have children. We felt very safe and they were able to play without worry. It has community pool access, it’s minutes from the beach, little shops and food within walking distance from the condo. We would definitely stay here again!"
