"This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. "Such a charming place! We loved the room we were upgraded to, the quiet location, the Raw and Juicy next door that served wonderful breakfasts. A very nice escape from the “noise” and great proximity to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!"

"30Avacay was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed every part of our stay! Beds were comfortable, kitchen and grill were easy to use and had plenty of dishes and utensils. The large tables were good for eating and playing games as a family at night or during rainy mornings I will say it was about a 15 minute walk to the public beach access but the bikes made it quicker "
