Overall the property is very clean and nice. It pretty much has everything you would need except beach towels. A few things they should add are bath rugs and a towel hanger( the one you can hang multiple towels on) and more hooks in general to hang towels. I do wish there was a gym on sight also. The area is great. We definitely will be back.

The property offered ample space and looked exactly like the pictures online! We so appreciate the golf cart that was available to use along with the beach chairs/umbrella, kids toys, and outdoor games. The house was very clean - the only thing we noticed was the coffee maker was not clean when we arrived (there were still grinds in the coffee maker). There are a few improvements that could be suggested to improve the guest experience - - Beach towels for guests to use - Hooks in the laundry room and bathrooms for towels, wet bathing suits, etc. - New coffee maker (both of them leaked all over the countertop) - Kitchen pantry staples (olive oil, cooking spray, salt pepper, spices, coffee pods, coffee creamer/sugar etc.) Otherwise, it was truly a great stay!

The townhome itself was nice, with a lovely open layout. However, there were a couple of minor issues - the patio door on the left side was a bit stiff, and the master bedroom sink didn't get very hot water. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Cute little shops and great bar right across the street. We rented a street legal golf car to get around the area which was a lot of fun.

Loved the area, loved hub, house was really nice but all the furniture was dirty, kitchen and dishes dirty and flors. I had to clean and was everything! Sheets were dirty like I had to wash them twice. Someone peed on a mattress and so there were big stains. I spend a day cleaning and washing so we can enjoy as much as we. An! Would love to go back but cleaning needs to be much much improved!!!!!

Beautiful Family Getaway at the Beach

Never got to stay on the property. Expedia sent me an itinerary number, but Panhandles Getaway had no reservation. So had to scramble to stay at a hotel.

Amazing Townhome Close to Beaches and More

Amazing townhome rental with close access to beaches, food, shopping, and entertainment. Clean, modern style, and well outfitted for a couple of small families or friends. The included six-seater golf cart was great for a drive to one of the nearby public beaches or restaurants (just make sure to charge it every night!). Prominence staff were helpful, though hard to reach at certain times of day. Staff at the pool kept everyone in order during the social distancing times and limits, making for a safe and pleasant experience. The Hub shopping and restaurants were a short walk away and great for outdoor eating and to-go during this current pandemic.

Worst stay.....

Please don’t come here and stay.....no WiFi and no phone network at alI .....don’t know why this property has 4 stars review.....in one of my bedroom AC was not working ....so I called the management but they didn’t send any maintenance guy for 3days....this property is not visible on gps.....all major beaches are very far....it’s a big disaster after spending more than $300 a day.....no good restaurants nearby....please don’t come here and stay....TV was not working .....I don’t understand what are they charging for .....

Great place

The place was nice and clean, but there seemed to be a few missing amenities. Only one of the bathrooms had one partial roll of toilet paper and the other two bathrooms had none. The kitchen had no paper towels, soap, or dishwasher detergent, even though the agreement had asked that we start the dishwasher before leaving. Overall the place was nice and clean, though. Would definitely stay there again.
