「The best of both worlds!! Ride to the hype of nearby parties and nightlife OR stay in the quiet neighborhood. Perfectly located for our trip: pool was across the street, beach was just a 5min walk, 3min cycle or 2 min golf cart ride. House was perfectly arranged to accommodate 6 teen girls and 2 adults. Will book again for next year!!」

「This neighborhood is perfect and the house is gorgeous. We’ve stayed everywhere on 30A and we definitely like this area best. It’s not as crowded but can easily take the golf carts or bikes to Seaside square. Beaches are open and no private issues. Lots of restaurants around and close to Publix.」

「The house was beautiful, close to the beach and clean. With that being said the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Which would be ok except is also controls the TV. The oven does not work properly. Also the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors went off for several hours. I was on the phone EVERY SINGLE day of the trip with the company. They sent someone out but it was a huge annoyance and pain. I would not stay here again because of all of the inconveniences. They did give us a VERY SMALL...

「The house was great and provided ample space for two families with 6 kids total. The only issue we had was with the space in garage. The listing makes it seem as though the garage is needed for the golf cart that comes with the listing and that is actually only partially accurate. The problem is the owners golf cart is also parked in the garage which does not allow much room to store your beach items. Parking wasn’t a big issue, we were able to find spots just across the street.」

「Some friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in beautiful 30A. Somehow the area exceeds the expectations you’ve already heard about 30A. The house itself was clean, everything worked, and the host was very responsive. The back deck was a perfect way to unwind after a beach day and the golf cart was SO fun to ride around in all the backroads of 30A there are to discover. Would absolutely book this place again.」

「House could not have been in a better location. Close to everything. The house itself was so quaint and cozy. Absolutely loved it. Had plenty of room. King size bed in master and other 2 bedrooms both had 2 double beds each which our teenagers appreciated. We made use of outdoor shower, gas grill and the bicycles provided. Entire family agreed that we would like to come back next time in Seaside.」

「Wonderful place with such a beautiful decor. It is a ideal place to stay to get away and be able to have quick access to the beach and hearing music outside your balcony window. Also having access to the pool and close by restaurants without having to drive is an added bonus. Be sure to stop by Pecan Jack’s for homemade ice cream and candy and going to the Red Bar for dinner in Grayton Beach is a must also. Will definitely come back again. Again, ideal for us. 「We loved this unit! It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach with access directly across the street. We loved having a pool just steps away from the back porch. The unit came with a beach wagon and chairs, which was so nice. We were able to request bikes and they were dropped off and picked up simply through your phone. I loved the location because we could bike to multiple restaurants, gas station, snowcones, etc. Loved bringing our pup too! We would have liked to know that dogs are not allowed...
