「Have stayed here many times for biz. It’s a bit spartan as there is no breakfast and a limited pantry, but overall it’s a great value for the money. It’s about a mile from Pier Park and lots of shopping/restaurants. Staff is always very nice. Rooms are spacious with kitchenettes. 」

「Good value for the price. Older and certainly in need of updating. It’s not perfect, but good enough if you want a beautiful water view. Staff were very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend getting the premium rooms right off the elevator. They’re like a small apartment. Full kitchen, huge counter, kitchen table and living area. Large balcony was great! Definitely worth the extra money! 」

「Housekeeping could use some work. Would come to your room empty trash but would not make up bed. I had to call several times to have my soap refilled before it was completed. I asked for my sheets to be changed they never did. 」

「Needed a respite from the city life. Exceptional hospitality and great location for the beach life experience. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths of pure relaxation. Pool was perfect. Beach was spectacular. Advertising of this house was spot on. All the amenities needed to cook like a professional chef. The absolute best worry-free vacation I have taken in years. Everyone deserves this luxury lifestyle and you should treat yourself, friends and family to this beach haven.」

「Only things I saw could improve is bathrooms although in good shape you could see on the details that some TLC was needed, and another major thing was the mattress not being the usual plush hotel mattress, you could somewhat feel the springs. We still had a good night sleep tho so it wasn’t bad.」

「This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot...
