Our family stay was amazing. No complaints. They made sure we had clean towels every day. Amenities all seemed to be well kept and clean. We had a great time and were very satisfied. Will definitely stay again.

Rooms definitely need some updating but the beds were clean and comfortable. Elevator was quick and pool area was nice.

The Staff was great, very helpful; convenient the parking was easily accessible right across the Street. There may be a reason but there was not any dish soap for cleaning dishes. The view was great right at the beach and easy acess to the beach. We definitely would come again and stay here.

Not very clean. Parking is a pain. Pool is disgusting. So many people swam in that pool and it was cloudy and gross. I told this to the management. During my 4 night stay, the pool water remained dirty and cloudy. The hotel offered free ice cream in their little shopone day, but the line was so long since they only had one person serving the ice cream…I just left because I didn’t want to waste my beach time. There were never any supplies in the lobby bathroom during my 4 night stay. The beach is ok. Not super clean but decent for the price. I would not stay here again.

The first night of my stay awful. I was very tired from my trip and decided to go to bed early. Went to bed at 8:30pm and within minutes, the people in the next room had a child screaming, crying and banging eiter doors aor drawers. Yhe mom kept yelling and cussing at yhe child. Finally after midnight, I went out to sleep in my car until it was to hot to stsy in the car any longer. Finally went back to the room and it was thankfully quiet. But still, an awful night sleep due to the bed being so soft and uncomfortable. I think that if you stayed in yhe main building, it was more like a resort, while staying across the street was more like a poorly dated motel that no one cared about. The pool behind the main building had lots of algae on the sidewalls and some of the pool noodles. Was gross. The only thing that I thought wax nice was that they did have BBQ's for you to use and nice accessibility to the beach. I would not recommend this place at all.

We had an amazing stay at Palmetto Beachfront Hotel in West Panama City Beach! The spacious room was perfect for us—comfortably big with all the cozy touches we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit feel special and stress-free. As two female lovers, we felt safe and truly at home here. We can’t wait to come back for another relaxing getaway by the sea! Highly recommended. 🌊❤️

Property room, at least my room was a little dated. I had no sink or utensils. The AC was way too cold and difficult to adjust. They need more handicap parking, but the place was clean and staff was polite and very helpful.

It was inexpensive, very short walk to the 24hr beach/pool and hot tub. Close to stores for groceries and souvenirs. Great beach, saw a lot of fish and the water was perfect.

You have to be careful when choosing a place. They show you a photo of the resort, but if you choose the option that says (no beach view), you're not at the resort but across the street. The service is excellent. Remy helped me, and it's truly a 100% 10. In the room we stayed in the first day, the people next door made a lot of noise. To go to the front desk and get help, you have to leave the property and cross the street (since at that time of day, when you want to rest, it's not the idea)! Anyway, just be careful when renting so you don't arrive expecting something you don't have! The Expedia website doesn't explain this. Hay que tener precaución al seleccionar el lugar, te muestran la foto del Resort pero si eliges la opción que dice (No tiene vista a la playa) no es en el resort sino al frente. La atención es excelente, me atendió Remy y de verdad es un 100 de 10. En la habitación que nos quedamos el primer día hicieron mucho ruido las personas que estaban alado, para ir a informar en recepción y que te ayuden , debes salir de la propiedad, y cruzar la calle (que para esa hora donde uno quiere es descansar no es la idea )! En fin, solo tener precaución al arrendar para que no lleguen esperando algo que no es ! Ya que la página de expedía no explica esto

we did see 3-4 roaches in our room and told the front desk when we checked out. They apologized and said that we should have told them right away and they would have sprayed. it was no big deal. It's Florida and people eat in their rooms, etc. so we weren't extremely alarmed. If we had seen a whole bunch we would have complained. It's a wonderful place and I would definitely stay there again.

It is one of the older smaller hotels, it was basic not real fancy and that’s why I like it easy beach access you don’t have 30 floors to climb up or down on an elevator and wait.
