My family and I spent a week here for Thanksgiving. The area was perfect and the house was beautiful with enough space, but we had to call maintenance multiple times. That said, the property was very responsive and had someone there to address issues promptly, if they could.
In case you miss it, the house sleeps 30, but they only allow 20 ppl at the cost shown. It is an additional $100 pp, regardless of age. You can't check in early, even if no one stayed there before. We got the code right at check in time.
Once we entered, we could immediately tell it had been a while since someone was in to clean. Dead bugs were on the floor (dry and stuck to it), the oven was nasty, and the ice maker did not work. Two of the tv's did not work properly, but the company had them replaced while we were there. The maintenance guy to tried to clean the oven, but it was in rough shape. He tried to fix the ice maker, but it never worked. He did mention we could save receipts for ice we bought, but it wasn't worth the trouble.
One of the tubs was severely clogged, the golf cart wouldn't charge, blew a fuse and had to be repaired, hand towels in the bathroom had makeup on them, the outside trash bins were already full when we got there. We found random medicine in one of the beds, and water bottles, tags, etc. that were not ours under furniture.
We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves, but for what we paid, I was not pleased with the upkeep of the property, even if it was off-peak season.
