The wifi was too weak to be of value, making the Roku TV setup virtually unusable and Internet spotty at best. In this day and age, it's inexcusable (to me) to have poor wireless in commercial lodging. There were no supplied shower toiletries, nor anyone on-site to help problem solve or supply them. The management company is remote and uses texts and email to get you in and out -- there is no human interaction. Again, an odd choice in the hospitality industry. There was a small cardboard box of prepackaged "supplies" in the room, but why I needed dishwashing detergent when there was no dishwasher was beyond me. Soap for the shower would have been nice, as would shampoo. The place is clean and nice for budget-minded travelers who don't mind those aforementioned inconveniences, nor the lack of human engagement. A floor dehumidifier was so loud few mortals could sleep through its noise, one of the three light bulbs in the overhead fan was burnt out, and the cramped round table (an odd choice for a corner in a space with very little room) was home to four cheap 99-cent plastic plants. I'd have rather had a bar of soap. Two large oval glass jars of unmarked substance were hidden on a shelf. No way slippery glass belongs in a bathroom. As the saying goes, "It is what it is....but not what it seems." I'm sure this place serves a segment of traveler; but that sweet spot does not include me. Overnight stays are best when relaxing, not when forced to problem-solve.

Everything was fine with the property except for the internet. It was terrible. Very sporadic coverage only lasting a few mins at a time. Super slow and bad signal strength both on the Floor 2 network and the Floor 2 Guest network. It was really bad. Nobody could stay here and get a little work done. It barely worked.

All the room was equipped with the necessary tools, I had a hard time finding my room, and I could not find the office it was closed once I saw it. I had to look at my messages to find my room but it was until I had to call the office but all pretty much was good

This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again.

There were only two small pillows on the king size bed. No extra pillows or blankets. There was a coffee pot with no filters. The entry and living room lights didn’t work. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked. The unit was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Rarely am I pleasantly surprised when I stay somewhere, but this place was very cute, clean, and comfortable for my family of three. We were worried about distance from the beach but you are very close to public beach access. We had the best time and would love to book again some time soon.

We stayed here for our anniversary last year and loved it . Decided to stay again this year. We arrived at 4:00 and our code didn’t work. There are no employees at the property, Only on phone. We called the number and was on hold for 25 minutes. All while a recording was saying your estimated wait is 2 minutes. Finally someone answered and I heard roosters crowing in the background. By this time we had been trying to get in our room an hour. It was 5:00. We got in and the room was decent. Not as nice as last year. The kitchen sink didn’t work at all. We checked if the water under the sink was hooked up and on and it was but we had to use the bathroom sink only all week. The biggest issue was ants! I have pics. The stove area stayed covered in ants we were trying to kill. We didn’t even have food in the room. They were coming in down the wall . I have pics of the ants as well as the trash.. during the whole time we stayed the trash in the elevator areas were never once picked up and the trash was piling up the walls . One garbage bag even stayed at the bottom of the stairs . I was told that a diff company is now over the property that was last year. During the whole stay I didn’t see one employee. The maid carts never moved . Also I got numerous texts on my phone for the last two days “reminding” us checkout was coming up. Even one at 8am on our last day?! Believe me we know when we are checking out ! I think this is our last time staying at 30-a suites

Arrived at our booking and when opened the door to room there was somebody laying on sofa with no shirt on. Made repeated calls to property, left voicemails, and sent numerous messages through app with zero reply to anything. Called Expedia they tried to contact property twice with no luck. Had to book a hotel at 10 pm at night and still four days later have not responded. They did send several messages asking me how my stay was going and one asking me to leave a 5 star review. I understand issues happen but if you have a hotel with no front desk you could at least attempt to communicate with guest in some way.

Moldy wet room and linens. The rug was disgusting. The guest pool was closed on Saturday. This is a hassle and they won’t admit the property and service are subpar.

Overall fairly clean- had some dirty silverware in the drawer. There were tools and extra “parts” in the closet with the iron and ironing board. The door handle on the outside had the cover plate coming off and could see where to remove the handle. Parking is limited and if you are able to park close you’ll be lucky to get it if you leave.

Frustrating there was no one around for check in problems (no front desk at this property), their “app” with all the instructions and codes never worked, too much furniture in too small a space, hard to move around the suite, if you have kids beware they use glass tables and glass coffee tables.
