The property was lovely-it overlooked the beach and was very luxurious. The kitchen was very well equipped with great appliances and several unexpected small appliances which we made use of. The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living room handled the group well. We had no porch furniture when we arrived, but the management team quickly responded to my texts, provided a solution and followed through to resolve the problem.

Luxurious house, impeccable location, everything was in great condition and the direct access to the beach was a dream. The pre-stay communication was fantastic and directions provided, recommendations for beach chairs and supplies were very helpful. Truly a wonderful house, experience and location.

Wonderful!

We spent the days after Christmas and NYE at this gorgeous house. It was the very best Christmas present! The house is beautiful, and the ocean-front location right on a very quiet beach, away from crowds, was wonderful. We can’t wait to go back!

Week with the family

This was a fantastic place. We rented both East and west sides of the house the whole house we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and Rebecca with the Properties management company was one of the best girls we had ever dealt with. We want to thank them and also want to thank all the restaurants for feeding us so well such great seafood we had a great week.

Awesome!

We will for sure book this house again. One of the better places we’ve stayed at along 30A over the course of 15 years. This house was awesome. The view, location, and cleanliness was great. The recent upgrades inside of the house was a huge plus.

We will DEFINITELY be back

We had our Thanksgiving Family trip and this house came with everything we needed to feel right at home. The view of the beach immediately draws you in. This house provided privacy and a wonderful exclusive spot on the beach. Every room was beautifully designed. We are already looking to rebook this home and we just got back 2 days ago.

Amazing views. Mattresses were uncomfortable and cheap.

Excellent experience. Place was recently updated so everything was new. Biggest drawback was there were only 2 rooms with views and all the mattresses felt cheap. Beat beachfront property in the area!!!

This property location is spectacular with beautiful beach views and access. For our party of 12 we had plenty of room. Negatives were that virtually nothing is provided. No beach chairs, empty propane tank, no condiments, worn mattresses, etc. For the price paid, I would expect a little more to be included. This is also a “duplex” which wasn’t clear, so we had neighbors. That said, we had a great time and really enjoyed the location. I would return to this area again for sure.

Perfect beach vacation

Great house but the best is the location and the beach. Beautiful and private, what's not to love! Only issue is that the listing says "'Newly Designed", probably should say "recently" as there are some signs of age/wear which is to be expected a rental property. Just be aware that it is not "new" everything anymore. Still all in all a terrific place to call home for your time in the area.

Lack of cleanliness

Location and house were great!!!! Housekeeping is pretty bad and to be honest is was difficult to believe that anyone actually cleaned before our check in. The first floor bedroom had dead roaches under the bed and there were pretzels on the floor around the couch. There was a half empty water bottle by the outdoor grill and it didn’t seem like anyone ever does a good wipe down of things.

Beach week

The late checkin was hard! Especially when flying in …. After 4 you miss the day. Bathrooms were not too impressive needed more hooks for towels and clothes. Only one shower the rest tubs. Outside deck and outside shower was not clean but the upstairs deck was amazing. Great napping couches! Great location though, our favorite beach by far ❣️

Beautiful home- just needs a little attention

Beautiful home with an unbelievable view. Wonderful kitchen with all of the necessary dishes, cookwear and appliances. Stove quit working in the middle of dinner although Beach Blue was VERY responsive, came to the house and resolved. Jeremy is a wonderful guy who helped. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious as well. Minor things need to be fixed but nothing a good maintenance person can’t take care of. I will not detail in this summary but I am happy to offline with a phone call or separately email. Owners would not know unless they stayed there and occupied the entire house like our family did. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

February 2024 Stay

The view is spectacular. The house was nice , good amenities. A shoutout to the rental company for a quick response when the oven blew a circuit breaker . We finally found it to reset it then all was well. There are a few items that need to be fixed. The gas grill puts out little to no flame. One of the upstairs bedroom needs the blinds fixed. That was it, we enjoyed the stay even though the weather decided not to cooperate.

Beach patrol was wrong!!

Maybe I missed it but we didn’t know we were going to be in a duplex. No problems with our neighbors but I wouldn’t have rented it had I know. We were abruptly told to take all of our chairs and tent at 9pm at night. That’s not right. We were threatened with penalties.
