"The room service was terrible; they hadn't stocked the bathroom with toilet paper or toiletries, so we had to call to have them delivered. They hadn't even cleaned the room—the entire floor was covered in sand, and there was hair in the toilet and on the floor. The rooms look much more spacious in the photos than they do in person. Aside from that, the outdoor facilities were excellent, and the hotel itself is very beautiful."

"Front desk staff was exceptional. I was able to get checked in quickly and get back to fun. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Room was clean and i had everything i needed. "

"Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time."

The walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping was quick and uncomplicated, and having beach service was the best part of the trip!
