"Loved the condo; plenty of amenities for me and the family. "

"This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back. The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The shower would splash water all over the floor because half of it was not enclosed in glass. The room itself was small. There are parking fee's. Overall this felt like a 2 star hotel. It was not up to my expectations. I would not recommend this to a family with kids. "

"Very spacious and clean room. Easy beach access. Wonderful pool for kids and adults of all ages. My kids did not want to get out of the pool. Great location, close to everything Would stay here again"

"Our beach view was blocked by palm trees. Its a nice resort. Floors are not the cleanest as our feet turned black walking around the condo, we had them re-mop the place but our feet still turned black. Its a nice spacious condo. Beautiful resort water park is more for younger kids as the deepest pool is only 4.6 ft deep. The bar is a bit over priced. Pretty beachfront. But not everyone gets an ocean view."

"The staff was very accommodating! Check-in was beyond easy. Beautiful unobstructed ocean views! The food at the poolside bar is great as well. We enjoyed the brunch twice. Felt quite safe with 2 young children. Will most definitely be back!"

"The communication was excellent! We had a full view of one of the beautiful pools and the ocean. Walking distance to Gulfarium, coffee, restaurants, shopping and kids park."

"My family of four enjoyed this condo. Bonnie was super easy to work with and made check in/check out seamless. The condo was clean with a nice view directly to the beach and overlooking the pool. It was a super easy walk on the property to the white sugar sandy beaches. No need to cross the street to get to the beach. The property grounds were well taken care of and the parking garage was easy to park in with parking directly on the level of your condo to avoid elevators. We did check out the lazy river at the bayside property, which was accessible via sky bridge. It was a fun time and there were tubes available at the lazy river. Bonnie had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast prep, and the washer and dryer worked very well. I loved all the hooks for hanging things up in the hallway. The master bedroom closet contained about four boogie boards, a couple of folding chairs, an umbrella, a couple of footballs, and some sandcastle building materials. There is a company that does chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach for an extra charge. We hope to come back to this condo soon!"
