"The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The coffee machine in the room was not working, but it was switched out immediately. All staff we encountered were capable and friendly. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, and many cuisines to choose from. The donut shop across the street is incredible! Overall, a great location and a great property for a great price!"

"Our room was great! The staff was very accommodating. The only problem i had was being charged to park there. May be something new they started there, but I've never been charged by any place ive stayed."

"Everything was fantastic except they don’t clean or deep your room everyday we stayed 4 days and I had to get the cleaning lady to please sweep our room I had to go hunt her down for towels "

"We had an oceanfront king room. Room was clean, bed was soft and balcony view was amazing. Pools were clean and outdoor games and towels were provided. The fitness room was nice as well. My comments for improvement: 1) Shower faucet was very hard to turn completely off. It dripped constantly. And water did not get very hot, even turned all the way. 2) AC unit was SUPER loud. Very hard to sleep deeply when an airplane flies through the room every cooling cycle. 3) WiFi connection was very poor in our room. We had a much better connection sitting out on the beach. Definitely deained my phone battery quickly when in the room getting kicked off the WiFi then trying to reconnect. 4) A continental breakfast would make this place 5 🌟 We enjoyed our stay very much!"

"When we first walked in the lady at the front desk sat next to the wall and I personally did not see her. When we walked up to her, she had an annoyed tone and was snippy with one worded responses, "ID; Here; Sign This" I'm not in the hospitality business, but I am from Texas and I try to be kind, even when this lady was being intentionally rude. The lady I am referring to had a thick accent and beads in her hair (not the young lady who checked us out). Other then that, the stay was wonderful, shower pressure was fabulous, the breakfast was a little terrible, but that's okay, we got to support local breakfast stops. "

"Our stay at this Sand In My Toes condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. The view of the bay and marina were nice to walk each day. The location made it so easy to enjoy the pool, beach (just a 6 min drive), great restaurants, and local attractions. We especially loved how comfortable and welcoming the pet friendly space felt—it truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Walton Beach! "

"Staff was friendly and polite, property was showing a little age but is clean and serviceable. We had a small snafu upon check in as the key system was down but the front desk person tried to accommodate us as best as possible and genuinely felt bad for the delay. We appreciated that we were allowed to continue using the beach and pool facilities after the 11:00 AM check out to make the trasition to our next hotel easier. "

"Property is Not beach front, ice maker on our floor didn’t work, had maintenance in our room twice working on the A/C. Can’t believe this hotel was ever rated a 9, maybe a 7 at best. I would suggest you find an alternative hotel. "
