「We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. 「I understand that the host cannot control the weather, and thus he cannot make the temperature outside be above freezing. However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit.
