"Perfect location, nice pool area, Pet friendly staff, clean rooms, great Buffett breakfast, only negative for me was potty area for our dog was really small, sandy with a little grass. Would recommend and would stay again."

"They now charge a parking fee which is not listed. The front desk worker when we arrived was not friendly at all we did arrive early and she asked for our number in case they got some rooms cleaned but we never got a call like we usually do. The worker that checked us in was friendly and helpful. This is the fifth stay we have had here but won’t go back. The room was way outdated. The shower couldn’t be turned off when u turned it so far it went back from hot to cold vice versa but not off just kept spinning"

"From check in to check out the customer service was extremely wonderful. At the time of check in there was a man who wasn't friendly to the front desk clerk Anthony but that didn't stop Anthony from doing his job or being polite to him or anyone else. Great job Anthony! Wonderful place ill definitely be booking my next stay here also. The view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation"

"I wasn’t able to use my microwave or refrigerator as well as ice bucket due to rust mold and mildew some staff was very disrespectful as I bought my concerns to them also a wash cloth was dirty folded up nice and neat when I opened the washcloth i noticed it stained with dirt also had issues with the receptacle in the room as well also parking was not good you had to park 2 blocks away some nights from where hotel was at ….I tried to get another room hoping it would e better they told me they had none available for me also they wouldn’t let me get out of my reservation so that I could go to another hotel so that I could feel comfortable and enjoy what I thought I signed up and paid for so that I could enjoy my vacation they made me feel not a valued customer !!!!"

"We stayed at the last minute and had a great beach view. We really didn’t have to leave because it’s like a miniature resort in some ways. Very family and pet friendly. It was clean and had plenty of parking. There are indoor pools and play areas and a nice little boardwalk that you can sit and watch the beach from if you don’t want to go down to the beach. And there’s the bar and karaoke area on the beach side as well. They also have a gift shop with some basic items like clothing and gifts that you would imagine at a place like this. There’s also a little coffee shop. You can walk right across the street and have a nice breakfast at the restaurant."

"Our room looked nothing like the pictures shown. It was in horrible shape and in need of massive updating and improvements and could have been cleaner. I would not walk barefoot at all during my stay. The toilet was not even stable and sunk every time used. The old floor has many sunken spots throughout the room. The tub was probably the original from when it was built decades ago and needs molding on the floor, as there was a gap between the tub and floor. I was greatly disappointed that we were staying in a dive for the amount of money spent. I knew it was an older hotel, but the rooms looked good in the pictures, not at all what our room looked like. I would never recommend this hotel, and I live locally an hour away in a beach town. The only positive is the pool area was kept up and the access to The Gulf."
