"Phenomenal service all around from the front desk to the pool attendant (Chris - he’s the man!) and everywhere in between. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else next time we visit. "

"Beautiful home right on the beach. Several amenities did not work such as master bedroom tv and living room tv because internet kept dropping. Although management sent someone to look at this, problem remained. House needs to be maintained better. broken lamp shade, front porch light didnt work and kitchen faucet water pressure. The best was the location of the home directly on the beach. "

"The condo itself was fine, but I would hesitate to book again just because of the terrible parking situation. Paying this much for a condo and not having a dedicated parking space was a major inconvenience. We spent over an hour driving around looking for a parking space (there were NONE open) and just happened to get lucky when someone over by the main square left. The parking spot was still pretty far away from our condo, which was not good since we had just left to go to the grocery store. The parking pass does nothing for you. The listing states there is “convenient” parking on Rosemary Ave…that’s only if they aren’t all full. The listing doesn’t mention that you have no designated spot and will just have to drive around or park far away if you cat find one there. "

"You can see the beach from the balcony. There are 2 publix beach walkways within a block either way. For a Christmas present my husband got the family together. Myself, my husband, our son, daughter in law and 5 of our grandchildren ranging in age from 8 to 14 stayed in the house. 5 bedrooms each bedroom has a bathroom. 4 king beds and 2 bunk beds. Plenty of room for eating and playing games. We had our 2 dogs as well. "

"I felt the communication between check- in and stay was poor for example : arrival had door access code wasn’t clear on which one was the correct one the not on the beach on the lake but beach access but again needed a code for that and not ADA accessible need to know also a bit of a walk. Water in shower started out hot but didn’t maintain Now some good news close to everything lots of things to go too off property stores food shopping sites and a ADA access to the beach in Walton County west on 98 of the property "

"House had NO CLOSETS - none.. including master suite so spending a week and having to store clothes in armoires - plus suitcases in the room was challenging for a big family! Kitchen appliances were outdated and kitchen was small… also the carriage house shares courtyard, bikes, parking, garage so other guyest often left garage open all night.. just a very weird set up. The location was great - but will not be back. "
