「Such a wonderfully appointed space to relax and unwind at the beach! Everything was aesthetically pleasing with every detail and amenity thoughtfully curated for guests. The beach club access was wonderful and allowed us to have pool access before check in and after check out. Beth has to be the nicest and most thoughtful host we've ever encountered!! She was the highlight of the stay! We will definitely be back!」

「Great location. Lovely porch and comfortable beds. Sliding door to shower/toilet was off its track so not operable and something (frame? ) fell off when we were closing blinds. But none of that deterred us from enjoying the condo and its proximity to everything! Would definitely come back!!」

「This was our first time staying in Watercolor/Seaside community. The house was great and fit our 2 families perfectly. Loved having the LSV and bikes and convenient trolley to access the property. We will definitely be back! The bunk bed room is very small and no fan in there so was a tad warm but plenty of other pull out beds and options. Host was quick to reply and great with responding to any issues we had.」

「Our stay was a mixed bag. The location was incredible as it was right next to the Beach Club (pools/restaurant/bar), beach access, restaurants, and shops. The condo also seemed to be well made as noise was minimal despite being a high-traffic area.
