「Before we ever got to PCB, we had some trouble with our payment through VRBO. I think this was all the fault of VRBO; the property manager was very responsive and tried to be helpful. VRBO never managed to get it fixed, so I had to Zelle the payment to the property manager. It worked out ok, but it caused a lot of stress, and I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by VRBO. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It had plenty of space for spending time together as well as room for privacy when needed. There were lots of things to do on-site, and the location was perfect—close to the events we wanted to attend. We did have a minor issue with the air conditioner, but communication with the host was excellent, and it was resolved very quickly. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!」
