「今まで泊まった中でサービス最悪でした。 1) クリーニング費払ってるのに掃除にも来ず、タオル等の入れ替えもなし。 2) ティッシュが無く、トイレットペーパーも予備が無い。 3) 置いてあるグラスに汚れがある 4) ルーターあるのにWi-Fi使えない。問い合わせると無いと言い張られる。 5) アーリーチェックインを申し込んでいても結局できない。 等々、ツッコミ所が多過ぎて思い出しても腹が立つ。 世界中色んなホテルに泊まって来たが、サービス悪いというよりもサービスの無いホテルは初めて。 一つだけフォローすると立地はいい。 それを打ち消して余りあるホテルです。」

「Beach location (powdery soft sand & beautiful gulf), great friendly staff, nice pool, outdoor showers to rinse off sand, outdoor jacuzzi, fitness room, parking on site, & clean, spacious rooms. Amazing sunsets. Incredible views from beach side rooms. Some rooms have kitchen sink areas, full fridges & separate balconies. This one did not. 「I stayed 4 days. The room was clean/classy. Great workout and spa and hot tub. Great natural views of bay, beach, golf and relaxing environment in walking distance to dinner. The property is well maintained.」
