「The room smelled really bad and the AC didn't work real well.」

「We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...

「Staffs are friendly and nice. Lobby and room is clean and in great condition. The only thing is the tv in my bedroom is not working, so I used the one in the livingroom. I don't want to give 4 stars because of that, bec everything else is great. Location is great. Walkable to publix and many other shopping places and restaurants. I would stay here again.」

「Wish they could of brought me more coffee to my room instead of making me get up to go get their fresh made coffee. Been nice to have pool towels. The shuttle to the beach was great! Area is perfect and convenient and tye beach access isn't too busy. Bed needed more pillows and blankets. Breakfast was not great for the cost.」

「The property was very outdated and not as clean as it could be. Carpet in the hallway areas was torn and bubbled up in areas. Base boards were pretty dirty and noticed areas on floor next to bed appeared dirty, & though the sheets appeared clean I could feel sand in them even when we had not been down to the beach. Staff was not welcoming, breakfast buffet was subpar (not something I was used to with Embassy- their breakfast at other hotels has always been great), & ice machine was out of order,...
