"Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent 4-night stay at your property. Firstly, housekeeping service was not provided even once during my entire stay. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member I interacted with was quite rude and unhelpful. This was particularly frustrating as we noticed that other rooms were being serviced regularly. Secondly, upon check-in, the room was not properly prepared. Both the shower gel and shampoo were empty. When I called the front desk while I was in the shower, no one responded for about 15 minutes, forcing me to get dressed and go to the front desk myself to collect the items. Additionally, we had to repeatedly visit the front desk to request fresh towels throughout our stay, which was highly inconvenient. The cleanliness standards were also concerning. The trash was never cleared from our room. When I raised this at the front desk, the same staff member handed me a trash bag without a liner and asked me to dispose of the trash myself, which was very unprofessional. Finally, I was informed that housekeeping services are chargeable upon request. This was quite surprising and disappointing, especially as I have been a Hilton member for over 5 years and have never encountered such a policy before."

"Quick easy process was able to get in earlier then check in which was amazing! Had all the essentials body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. Walls are pretty thin though and doors slam easily. "

"No ocean was not visible except from the top bedroom….The heated pool was a great option since it was a bit cool. Easy walk to the beach! "

"Plenty of room for our big group. Teenagers had a blast with all the amenities, especially the outdoor pool table! The hot tub and pool were a big hit as well. The beach was right there. Definitely recommend the chair service at the beach. It was so nice to have a spot everyone could come and go from. We also took advantage of the golf cart. It was fun to have it to buzz around on. The property was extremely clean and honestly just perfect! Thanks for the most amazing week!"

"Beautiful house and great location "

"The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with equipment. The sliding door and screen to the balcony was in need of some maintenance. The screen did not move freely in the track and was a two hand placement to gain use of the screen. Weather was very nice so that was a daily issue. "
