"The property was amazing just wish were told about not having access to a hot tub because of certain properties we rented. We booked that hotel for the pools and hot tubs and didn’t get to step foot in one hot tub for that price we should have. But the property was beautiful and in a great location."

"Fresh but expensive, as was the dinner menu. Carrie is an excellent rep for your property and help for customers. The coffee pot in the room was unsatisfactory…coffee was not good quality. I was disappointed to be charged $5 daily for parking with no reasonable alternative available. No member perk received at checkin. "

"Unfortunate chain of events: Check-in pleasant, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Then after a shower, the shower door fell off the hinge, fortunately my husband was able to lift it back onto the slider. Next morning the same thing occurred w/the shower door, No problem we’re easy going and decided to simply use the other slide door. Returning from a full day of activities wanting to relax and watch some news, the TV was out which we assumed was internet related. We called hotel services to determine ETA of when the internet would be back up, apparently it was. Andre a very nice young man stopped by to see if he could get the TV reconnected, he was accompanied by the hotel tech guy who informed us they recently changed out TVs in several rooms, that happen to be on a separate network and it would be awhile before it would be resolved. Our room was one impacted. Needless to say while we had Andre’s attention my husband made him aware of the shower door so a work order could be initiated once we checked out. Although we didn't ask, Andre offered to see if another room was available with a working tv and stable shower door which was very considerate of him. Room was available & we got moved. Day 3 hotel unfortunately had a busted heater so all guests were informed no hot water would be available for 2-3 days. We were refunded for our remaining days & moved hotels. Overall staff was accommodating, hotel interior was welcoming, perfect proximity. Would book again."
