"We were contacted by Michael the evening before our arrival that the home had maintenance issues in the guest house and offered us another home. He assured us we would be satisfied. YES, we were. The house exceeded my expectations and needs. Direct beach access. The back yard was amazing. The hosts are 10/10. The property was wellMaintained and my 50th Birthday week was one I will never forget. Thank you for such a lovely property. We will rent again from them and refer anyone heading to Destin "

"We had 18 of us between the kids and adults! This place was perfect, clean and took 2 minutes to touch sand. Well stocked and great kitchen to cook in, needs a few more towels for showers but we had a lot of people so I’m not holding that in a negative. Pool area was fantastic and super clean. Zero issues and will return. "

"We recently stayed at the Seaspray and it was everything we expected and more! The house is absolutely perfect and we were able to accommodate 5 families without feeling on top of each other. The location is beyond perfect! We were walking distance to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to anything we needed or a short uber ride to the harbor area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We traveled with 10 adults and 16 kids (ranging from 11yo-16yo) and not once did anyone complain or say they were bored. We are already talking about trying to go back and stay at the Seaspray! We can’t recommend this stay enough!"
