The hotel is located in a very nice forest setting and is close to all main attractions and has a shuttle to and from the station. . Very quiet and restful. Our first visit and we will be sure to visit again!"

"A must stay for anyone in Karuizawa! The room was plenty big enough for one or two people, staff were very helpful. I rented an e bike for 2500 yen for the day which was great to get around and do some sightseeing. The outside private onsen was a great way to end the day, I’d recommend booking in the morning to make sure you have your preferred spot."
