"Excellent hotel service and scenic frozen lake view, big living room for cooked food and great spa experience"

"An excellent resort for an unique onsen experience and variety of food. This property is popular amongst travellers with young kids."

"It's a very comfortable facility, although the hotel looks old. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Hotel provided excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, free welcome drink. The hot bath was wonderful with views of the river and forest. The room was beautifully decorated. We will definitely want to come back again next year!"

"Just a great hotel with a nice onsen"

"前日に別の場所に泊まりここは2泊目です。前泊の長所をそれぞれ足せば良かったのですが、歯ブラシが無いのとWi-Fiが非常に繋がりにくい(前泊はOK) 逆に前泊はドライヤー無し、タオル無しとそれぞれ足りないものが違い、残念です"

"部屋は悪くない、必要条件は揃っている バフェスタイルの食事は少し残念かな (一品くらいはちゃんと料理された地元の名産品が欲しい)"

"The accommodation offers many activities, this place perfect for a family vacation."

"Very nice staff and family friendly amenities!"

"Good!!"

"Service was impeccable. The premises were very pretty and we love the trees and the surroundings. Breakfast was also wonderful. "

"The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money."

"It is a beautiful property, walking distance from the outlet. We loved staying there in a cabin. We were told by a staff that we couldn’t check in until the official check-in time, but when I asked another staff. I was told that the room was already ready and we could check in."

"The owner who was only the other person there was very kind and drove me up to the bus stop with my heavy luggage in very snowy, icy conditions, beautiful views, winter wonderland of snow and ice. incredible views."

"Good"

"Beautiful ryokan, modern with an elegant/sleek design, great location, great food, impeccable service and the friendliest staff! Loved the mixed onsen on the rooftop! "
